14. Recognizing that Leader Dialog™ is free, what kind of “up time” can I reasonably expect?

For blogging, you can expect normal ISP uptimes. Our engineers continuously monitor web traffic and will endeavor to keep the loads balanced. However, being a free service, we cannot always anticipate when we will have spikes in demand. Therefore, you may occasionally be unable to access your blog for a short period of time. If that happens, just try again later. Leader engineers generally perform engineering work in low/no load hours of the day, but since this is an international service there may be occasional outages for engineering work. We strive to keep these to an absolute minimum. Also, we provide only email technical support for the free services. Feel free to email us anytime with your questions to support@leader.com. Be sure to include your blog username.

For teleconferencing, you can expect to be able to place a call 24x7x365. If you experience a busy signal, there are generally three reasons for this: (1) you have dialed in to a conference that is already full; it already has 55 participants, (2) we are experiencing a spike in demand and all our available lines are at capacity supporting current conferences, or (3) our network or underlying carrier infrastructure providers are experience some sort of outage (which does happen occasionally - How many times does your mobile phone drop a call? We won't have nearly that many problems!) When you experience a busy signal, try again later. We will endeavor to keep adding telephony hardware to meet demand. If you find you outgrow Leader Dialog™ and need to step up to a next level service agreement, consider upgrading your service to Leader Dialog™ Enhanced - Powered by LeaderPhone®. Feel free to email Leader Dialog™ teleconferencing support with your questions at support@leader.com. Be sure to include your call-in PIN(s) and dial-in number. Alternatively, visit our website at www.leader.com.
